Optris Xi Series

The Xi series combines a rugged pyrometer with a modern infrared camera in a compact platform for fixed industrial monitoring. Typical uses include early fire/hot-spot detection, process monitoring, thermography, temperature alarms, and closed-loop control. All fixed infrared camera models offer motorized focus for easy remote setup and a sturdy, compact housing with flexible mounts. Protective enclosures with air knives are available for use in harsh environments.

Selected models add autonomous hot-spot detection with adjustable thresholds and logic, triggering alerts via digital/analog outputs or Ethernet. Connectivity includes Ethernet with PoE or USB, plus optional interface modules for analog outputs, digital inputs, and relays; PLC integration is straightforward with optional fieldbus support. The Xi series is a solid choice for stand-alone alarms or basic PLC connections.
